Lorena Olivo joined Vertical Real Estate in 2025, where she focuses on retail leasing and works with both landlords and tenants across South Florida.

Her interest in real estate was further solidified during a real estate internship in the summer of 2024, where she gained exposure to the industry and insight into what restaurant operators and retail brands look for when selecting locations.

Lorena grew up around the restaurant industry, which sparked her interest in retail and the importance of location in helping businesses succeed.

Lorena graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University in 2025 with a degree in Marketing.
